At The Regency at Glen Cove, it’s about living in the moment!
We had a great time celebrating National Assisted Living Week and its theme, “Capture the Moment”. We were reminded to seize the day and live our best lives. Our residents certainly give purpose to those who work here and we consider it an honor to not only help residents with their care needs, but also provide life-enriching social activities that help them engage with each other, our staff and the Glen Cove Community. We kicked off the festivities on Grandparent’s Day with a Make Your Own Sundae Ice Cream Party and continued the week with Cannoli’s with Chef Pat Marone, Mosaic Picture Frame Arts & Crafts, a presentation on Rogers & Hammerstein, the musical stylings of Georgie Maselli, some fun games and a self-portrait painting project!
