A heart-filled week was had for all at The Regency Assisted Living!
As part of our Regency University continuing education series and in conjunction with Healthy Heart Week, we were proud to have our own Dr. Badhey present “Doctor’s Orders: How to Keep Your Heart Healthy!” Dr. Hemanth Badhey, a practicing Cardiologist based in Glen Cove, treats patients in his private practice and at The Regency.
Following Dr. Badhey’s lecture, Regency residents and staff members walked the Red Carpet in a “Red-tie Only” Fashion Show. Pumping it Up for a Heart Healthy experience, our models wore shades of red, emceed by our own Stella Shank!
To culminate the fun-filled week, the King and Queen of The Regency were chosen by their peers. Crowned on Valentine’s Day, Mel Chadow and Vivian Schacter are the new reigning royals! Mel and Vivian will make a special appearance in the Glen Cove’s St. Patrick’s Day in our Regency Limousine.
